OUR PROMISE - Our success depends on you remaining a happy customer!  Unlike larger national companies, our support resources are 100% located in Maine.  You won't be shipped overseas or put on hold for hours. We will promptly return all calls and emails and be able to properly pronounce the town you live in. Please try our FAQ section for an immediate answer to most common product questions and problems.

Support is available for all products by email, web problem submission, or toll-free telephone support during call center hours.
Submit an E-ticket for bigger and more pressing issues. Tickets are assigned a ticket number and severity level and remain open until the problem is resolved. Open an E-TICKET, or check on the status of a current issue <by clicking here> coming soon!

Simply submit an email stating your a description of your problem, your phone number, account information, and if you want a email response or phone call.  Emails are monitored seven days a week from 7 am - 10 pm and a reply will be made within 4 hours of receipt. Critical issues should be sent by E-TICKET or by phone since email some times gets delayed in SPAM filters.

If you can't find the answers above, please call our toll free call center and talk to a friendly support representative.  Our support center is open Monday thru Friday 4 pm - 10 pm, and Saturday 8am - Noon. We are open late each evening and on Saturday to better serve you.

If the center is closed you can leave us a detailed message and time to call back.  We will return your call promptly as soon as we open.

If the center is open and all support agents are currently helping other customers you will NOT be put in hold, Simply leave a message and the first available agent will call you back normally within 30 minutes.


CRITICAL LOSS OF SERVICE - Emergency support is always available 24 hours/7 days a week for loss of primary phone or internet service. Please call 1-888-229-2411 and Select option 5 for Emergency Support. This service is for active and current customers only.  An on-call technician will return your call ASAP.

If your service was disconnected for non payment, you will need to call the billing department at option 4 and leave a message. They will call you back during normal business hours.
