you are an active customer please make sure your quarterly payments are in
before your expiration date. Reminder e-mail notices will be sent a few weeks before
expiration, all accounts deactivated for non payment or credit/debit card
declines will be subject to a $15

Payment
Policies
** Interactive Family Usage Only- Service is not intended for large daily P2P downloads.
Session Timeouts are enabled to properly allocate bandwidth to all interactive
users. The use of dedicated web/mail servers, and continuous file sharing is
strictly prohibited with this plan. Accounts found to be online continually more than
8 hours a day will be automatically disabled by the network for up to 2 days
each time. If you need a full time connection please
call for more information and we can put you on an alternative plan that allows
dedicated usage.
*** Single User Access – Account allows for multiple computers in a single household to be
configured with same username provided only 1 computer logs in at any given time. If you need multiple computers to login at the same time through different phone lines an additional acct will be
needed. The network automatically detects multiple users and will disable your login if this occurs frequently.
If this occurs often your account may be canceled. Remember that regardless of
the number of PCs in your household, the 8 hour average usage still applies.

Will Slipstream Accelerator work on my PC?
Slipstream Accelerator has been through rigorous third-party testing to
ensure that:
- It runs on most Microsoft? Windows?-based PC purchased within the last 5
years
- It does not in any way interfere with other software or applications that
you use.
- The client currently is not compatible with Linux or MAC.
CALL ALERT FEATURES
Requires caller id and call waiting service from phone company.
Get phone calls when
online!
Online Call Alert lets you receive and screen phone calls while you are
online. The program uses your V.92 modem and Call Waiting service from
your phone company to detect incoming calls. If you have Caller ID on Call
Waiting, also called Call Waiting ID or Visual Call Waiting, Online Call
Alert will show the caller's name and number, so you can decide if you
want to answer the call or ignore it. If your Internet Provider supports
Modem-on-Hold you can put internet on hold, take a call and continue
browsing after you finish talking.
Unlike other Internet Call Waiting services, Online Call Alert does not
transfer your calls anywhere. It uses your modem to get Caller ID
information supplied by the phone company. So your privacy is protected
and you are in complete control of your calls!
Know who is calling
when online and offline!
Online Call Alert uses your modem to identify callers before you answer
the phone. You must subscribe to the Caller ID service from your phone
company and have a Caller ID capable modem. Online Call Alert shows a
balloon with the caller's name and number. The program also announces
incoming calls using text-to-speech engine.
You can set a different ringtone for each caller or type of callers. 20
ringtones are included with the program plus you can use any wav file.
Keep a complete history
of your incoming calls!
Online Call Alert logs all incoming calls received while you are online
and offline. It keeps the date, time, name and phone number of each call.
You can view a complete call history or calls received today, this week or
this month. You can select what type of calls you want to see - all calls,
local calls, long distance calls etc.
Call history is stored in a standard CSV file and can be edited and
exported to other programs using Microsoft Excel.
Protect your privacy!
Privacy Manager allows you to configure how Online Call Alert handles
incoming calls. For example, you can set Online Call Alert to
automatically answer all calls from private (blocked) numbers after the
first ring and play a message telling the caller to unblock his/her
number.
Online Call Alert can block calls from specific numbers or reject any
other type of unwanted calls (blocked number, out of area etc.) by
answering and playing selected message. Several useful messages are
included with Online Call Alert. You can also record your own wav files
and use them with the program.
If you don't want to be bothered by late calls you can set your "quiet
time" and Online Call Alert will block all calls during that time.
Important numbers can be marked so they ring through anytime.
All Privacy Manager settings including names and numbers are stored in
a standard CSV file and can be imported from or exported to other programs
using Microsoft Excel.
Zap telemarketing and
other unwanted calls!
Online Call Alert can automatically 'zap' telemarketers with a special
'number disconnected' tone. After receiving this tone telemarketer's
computer will delete your number from its database. The program can play
Federal 'do-not-call' warning forcing telemarketers to remove you from
their calling lists - by law!
You can set the program to reject unwanted calls manually or
automatically after selected number of rings. If you select to zap the
calls manually the program pop-ups a dialog and lets you decide if you
want to zap this call or not.

Payment Policies
Our ability to offer the lowest prices in Maine at $6.95 month requires
that our customers simply pay on time. Email receipts are sent for all processed payments. Your
next service
expiration date is included in this Email receipt. We also mail friendly reminder notices to your
@207me.com and other primary email addresses on file a few weeks before your account expires.
It is your responsibility to make sure your payment is received
prior to the expiration date.
Automatic Renewals are available thru CREDIT/DEBIT card if it may be a problem
getting a check or money order out in time each quarter. Credit and Debit Cards
are charged 1-2 days before your service expiration to ensure that no
interruption occurs if there is a problem in processing.
We have 3 dialup offerings.
PREFERRED - $6.95
This preferred plan is available to all first time 207ME
customers. You will be eligible for this no matter what your past credit history
is. This plan "simply" requires that you make all payments "on time" and that you
have never been disconnected for non payment with us.
EXTREME - $9.95
This extreme plan is available to all first time 207ME
customers. You will be eligible for this no matter what your past credit history
is. This plan "simply" requires that you make all payments "on time" and that
you have never been disconnected for non payment with us. This plans includes
207 Call Alert and 10MB Personal Web Page.
NATIONWIDE - $9.95
This extreme plan is available to all customers living outside
of Maine. You will be eligible for this no matter what your past credit history
is. This plan "simply" requires that you make all payments "on time" and that
you have never been disconnected for non payment with us. This plans includes
207 Call Alert and 10MB Personal Web Page.
DEDICATED - $24.95
Need FULL time access, 24 hours a day. This account is for
customers that often have second telephone lines and want dialup access around
the clock. Users found to be on continually on over 8 hours a day will be
asked to join this plan.
FEES AND REACTIVATION CHARGES
LATE FEE - $5.00
All overdue accounts are subject to a $5.00 late fee, if you
know you can't make the due date please call our billing department at the
number below, and we can prevent DEACTIVATION with a verbal commitment that
funds will arrive within 3 business days. All checks processed after the due
date will be subject to this fee. A $5.00 fee will be assessed to your account
by adjusting your next bill date to expire 20 days earlier, or directly charging
the fee to your credit card on file.
REACTIVATION FEE - $15.00
Overdue accounts are subject to immediate deactivation. While deactivated
your email account is deleted and any email sent to your address will be
returned to sender as undeliverable. Any partial amounts received after deactivation will be applied first to the
$15 reactivation fee, then the remaining pro-rated at 25 cents a day to determine
your next bill date. A receipt with
your next renewal date will be emailed. If you choose to cancel your account the reactivation fee is not
refundable.
RETURNED CHECKS - $25.00
Returned checks will be subject to a $25 NSF fee. Depending on your past
payment history, reactivation and late fees may also apply. Your account will
not be reactivated until it is brought current.
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
To cancel your account for any reason simply choose
"one" of the options. Unlike other providers we want it to be as easy to
cancel as it was to join.

100% of initial
payment will be refunded if your account is canceled within the first 25 days of

After the first
Month, any remaining “full months” will be refunded in full minus a $5.00 refund
processing charge.
Partial Months are calculated from your next
bill date, with no credit given for the month once any days have past.
Your refund is calculated from the
date of your formal notice and not actual service.
All refunds
checks will be mailed within 10 business days of account deactivation to the
address on file unless otherwise noted during cancellation.
